Biography

Federica is admitted to the Rome Bar Association and studied at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”. She has more than 20 years of professional experience, gained with at a leading Rome-based German-Italian law firm.

Federica specialises in Insurance Law, Liability Law and Inheritance Law and represents clients in all Civil Litigation and Arbitration Proceedings throughout Italy.

She has made a name for herself particularly in the field of Insurance Law (D&O Policies, Professional Liability, General Civil Liability), due to her extensive expertise and many years of advising foreign insurance companies operating in the Italian market either under the freedom of establishment or the freedom to provide services.

She also assists private clients and investors in the acquisition of real estate at auctions and in forced sale proceedings.
