Biography
Giuseppe Digiesi is admitted to the Rome Bar Association and has worked for leading international law firms in Rome.
He is an experienced lawyer in intellectual property, contract, commercial, and transport law, and has excellent knowledge of labour law (both from an employer and employee perspective).
He advises companies on managing their business, drafting contracts with suppliers and debt collection.
For years, he has been passionately advising digital entrepreneurs in the field of new technologies such as blockchain, smart contracts, cryptocurrencies and NFT (non-fungible tokens) and regularly publishes scientific articles on these topics.
As Of Counsel to international law firms, he has made a name for himself working alongside start-ups on access to credit and accompanying them through ICOs.
