Biography

Kai is admitted as lawyer in Rome and Frankfurt am Main and assists clients predominantly from German-speaking countries in legal matters and business transactions throughout Italy. He has worked for leading international law firms and a Big Four  Accounting Firm in Rome, Milan and Düsseldorf.

He has extensive experience advising international companies and investment funds in the areas of corporate restructuring and M&A.

Since more than 20, he represents a wide range of corporate and private clients with an excellent expertise in Real Estate Law.

Kai advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters (contract law) and has extensive experience in advising multinational companies and investment funds in the areas of restructuring and M&A.

He also advises German parent companies and Italian subsidiaries on their ongoing corporate law matters in Italy, with a focus on corporate governance, compliance and data protection (DSGVO).
